Someone I know is staying there. As with ANY facility, you need to be involved on a daily basis to be an advocate. Nearly all the staff absolutely does care about the patients, but they are very busy. I have found most of the staff to be friendly and receptive to requests. You need to be watchful and vigilant to report non-caring staff to the senior staff, who show genuine concern and take action when informed when care standards need improvement. I'm truly grateful that Northwest Greater Atlanta has a facility as good as this one is.
